Quality Control Technician SWING Urgently hiring in Salem!
Job Title: Quality Control Technician SWING
Pay: $19/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday (Shifts run between 4pm-4am)
Start Date: ASAP

You'll work closely with the Quality Control Supervisor to perform quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of food products. You will inspect products at different stages of production and record observations and make recommendations for improving processes.
What You'll Do
As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for Picking up Paperwork and Tool Kits for line
- Ensure the Line is set up for all Quality testing, including but not limited to:
- Perform inspection to ensure that all defined parameters shall be met. If parameters are acceptable, the line can begin. If parameters are unacceptable, adjustments must be made until all parameters are acceptable.
- After the production line or packaging line has started, if a problem would arise the On-Line QC must immediately notify the Supervisor about the issue.
- On-Line QCs must pull the post samples from the previous day and finish the testing. The On?Line QCs have 24 hours from the time the product has been produced to get the samples completed.
- All paperwork is turned into the QA Supervisors office.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Must have LAB EXPERIENCE of some kind.
- Experience in a Food Production facility is helpful but not MANDATORY
- Ability to be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must have effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Reading ability sufficient to understand moderately complex information (instruction manuals, procedure manuals, etc.).
- Mathematical ability sufficient to perform basic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
