Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Job Description
The Quality Control Technician supports consistent product quality and safety on the production floor of a food manufacturing facility. This role performs routine and specialized quality checks, conducts line audits, completes basic laboratory tests, and accurately documents all results. The technician collaborates closely with production teams to identify and correct issues in real time, helping to maintain compliance with food quality standards and customer specifications.

Work Environment
This role is based in a smaller food manufacturing company that produces high volumes of product for major retail customers and is actively growing by adding new large accounts. The work is performed in a production and lab environment where the technician spends time both on the production floor and in the quality lab, depending on daily needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work during the busy season. The position offers a stable business environment with consistent hours, yearly pay raises, and opportunities for advancement as the company expands, including new facilities that support growth in production and quality operations. The employer provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage. The technician is cross-trained across the quality department, so some days may involve no lab work while other days may be entirely lab-based, and the role requires flexibility and openness to performing any assigned quality-related tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
$1,500 sign on bonus that is paid incrementally
