Quality Control Technician

Qualified Staffing, Marietta Office is hiring Quality Control Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Cartersville, GA.
We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, reliable, careful when handling thin and fragile products, able to remain focused for long periods of time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented problem solver who demonstrates strong time management skills and consistently follows established procedures required for quality assurance.
Pay: $23–$24/hour, depending on shift
 Shifts: Day & Night available
 Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts
Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of outgoing wafers and production materials.
• Verify equipment and measurement tools are functioning properly.
• Document inspection results using Excel and manufacturing systems.
• Follow quality, safety, and standardized work procedures.
• Handle thin and fragile materials carefully.
• Support production teams as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing, quality, or inspection experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods and monitor screens for up to 12 hours.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
• Ability to wear required PPE.
