Quality Control Technician
A growing chemical manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Technician to support laboratory testing, product quality, and compliance activities at its Winston-Salem facility. This role will work closely with production and quality teams to perform routine laboratory testing, approve materials, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Perform routine QC testing on raw materials and chemical blends
Conduct titrations, water sampling, and laboratory testing
Review batch records and production documentation
Approve and release materials/products based on QC results
Accurately document and record testing data
Support SOP creation and process improvements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment
Assist with inventory and laboratory operations
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a QC, analytical, or laboratory environment
Hands-on titration experience required
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Good communication and documentation skills
Experience in chemical, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments preferred
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science is a plus
