Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Rotating 2 - 2 - 3 Schedule | 12-hour shifts

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1 year of quality control/assurance experience in manufacturing
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing, regulated food, or pharmaceutical environment preferred
• Strong computer literacy and critical thinking skills
• Familiar with quality frameworks
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 50 lbs
• You've got sharp eyes and steady hands
• Stay active on your feet through the shift
• Reliable, hardworking, and proud of a job done well

Job Duties

• Conduct daily floor audits, monitor acceptable quality limits (AQLs), and inspect packages for defects.
• Issue batch records and labels, review logs, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Identify quality issues on the floor and initiate product holds when deviations occur.
• Perform root cause analysis for process failures or customer complaints and develop corrective/preventive actions.
• Collect and process raw material, component, and finished product samples for testing and retention.

What You Will Do

As a Quality Control Worker you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
