Position Summary:We are seeking an candidate who is detail-oriented and highly organized to join our team as a Quality Coordinator. The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance measures to ensure that our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, products, and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and establish performance goals.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations to determine the cause of quality issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to quality control processes, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that incoming materials and components meet quality specifications.
  • Participate in customer feedback and complaint handling processes, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
