Job Description
- Analyze components & bulk materials in order to support production demands.
- Partner effectively with Customer Project Management group, warehouse and other departments as needed to support and execute the production plan.
- Effectively use the Monarch system for demand analysis, reviewing/approving specifications, BOM analysis and general problem solving.
- Utilizes customer’s systems such as SAP and other portals for retrieving data and other functions related to Production Quality.
- Partner with QA team as needed to certify new materials, obtain relevant documentation and proactively resolve quality issues.
- Confers with manufacturing and quality about quality assurance of new products designed and manufactured products to prepare job folders.
- Verifies specifications and standards for quality control.
- Maintains knowledge of current government and industry quality standards including but not limited to FDA, ISO, global standards, etc.
- Maintains records related to jobs to provide for job start-ups.
- Other duties, as assigned.
