As a Quality Coordinator, you will maintain and continuously improve the division''s Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, NOV quality standards, and customer requirements. You will partner with operations, leadership, and customers to promote a culture of quality, support audits and training, resolve quality concerns, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or two years of college coursework in a technical or engineering-related field preferred.
- Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) or oilfield inspection processes preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and quality auditing principles preferred.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical documents, specifications, and procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to work a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule, including 12-hour shifts in Arctic weather conditions.
