Quality & Customer Support Coordinator
Location: Montebello, CA
Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
We are seeking a Quality & Customer Support Coordinator to support our Quality Manager and Account Executive. This role serves as the primary customer contact for quality and order-related issues while assisting with documentation, order support, and customer communication.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers regarding quality concerns, damaged products, or order delays.
- Coordinate resolutions with Quality, Production, and Customer Service teams.
- Review inspection reports, certifications, and quality documentation.
- Track nonconformance reports and corrective actions.
- Assist with purchase orders, order updates, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain organized records and support ISO documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, customer service, or related field.
- Ability to understand inspection reports, tolerances, and certifications.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
