This is an exciting opportunity to support Technical Service Operations (TSO) by delivering impactful analytics and documentation across warranty and aftersales programs. As a Quality Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Execute complex queries using Snowflake and SAS
- Perform data analysis on warranty, repair order, and dealer performance data
- Support ad hoc analytics requests from internal stakeholders and external partners
- Create and maintain documentation for data processes, reporting logic, and workflows
- Translate analytical findings into clear business insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Strong SQL experience (Snowflake preferred)
- Experience with SAS
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferences
- Automotive, warranty, or aftersales experience
- Experience working with large datasets and performance reporting
- Familiarity with warranty claims systems or repair order data
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
