Overview

We are seeking a Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support Technical Service Operations (TSO) by delivering data driven insights, scalable reporting solutions, and standardized documentation across warranty and aftersales programs. This role focuses on building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, executing complex analytics in Snowflake and SAS, and supporting ad hoc data requests for internal stakeholders and external partners. The position also plays a key role in documenting data processes and reporting logic to ensure consistency, transparency, and repeatability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Execute complex data queries and analysis using Snowflake and SAS
  • Analyze warranty, repair order, and dealer performance data
  • Support ad hoc analytics requests from internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights
  • Create and maintain standardized documentation for data processes, reporting logic, and workflows
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business definitions
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support reporting and operational decision making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting
  • Strong SQL skills (Snowflake preferred)
  • Experience working with SAS
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive, warranty, or aftersales analytics
  • Experience working with large datasets and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with warranty claims systems or repair order data
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional business and technical teams
