    Quality Data Entry
    Position Summary:
    The Quality Data Entry primary responsibilities include daily component non-conforming inventory adjustments, product end item non-conformance first pass yield collection and tracking, and developing/maintaining incoming component digital history card system. Secondary responsibility is to perform basic product incoming inspection tasks.

    Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
    • Daily walk to Manufacturing departments to collect non-conforming parts and reject tags, end item non-conforming rework reports, and interact with Manufacturing, Material, and Quality Department leadership.
    • Perform computer data entry in the following software programs:
      1. Excel
      2. ERP planning system (Syteline).
    Primary responsibilities include daily component non-conforming inventory adjustments, product end item non-conformance first pass yield collection and tracking, and developing/maintaining incoming component digital history card system.
    • Secondary responsibility is to perform basic product incoming inspection tasks.
    • A detail-oriented work ethic in order to thoroughly and accurately transact part inventory, quality non-conforming data, and other continuous improvement objectives.
    • An ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
    • An ability to function effectively on a team whose members together provide leadership, create a collaborative and inclusive environment, establish goals, plan tasks, and meet objectives.
    • An ability to acquire and apply new knowledge as needed, using appropriate learning strategies.
    • Participate in creating documentation, collecting, and analyzing non-conformance data quality trends associated with the Cost of Quality as an objective in the generation and implementation of defect-reduction programs. Acquire trend information from quality data systems and through frequent interactions with cross-functional team members.
    • Perform other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:
    • One (1) to three (3) years of Quality or Manufacturing related experience.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, ERP Systems).

    Training and Requirements:
    General Safety; Quality System Awareness

    Physical Requirements:
    Required to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

    Work Environment:
    • Combination of manufacturing and office environment.
    • Regular exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold and odors.
