Job Title: Quality Documentation Coordinator
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM start (4x10 schedule)
Pay: Up to $20/hour 
Location: Solon, OH

Position Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented individual to support quality department through documentation management, data entry, and coordination between office and production teams. This role is heavily focused on computer work and organization, making it a great fit for someone with strong Excel skills and administrative experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous quality experience is not required. The Quality Manager will train this individual on company processes and expectations.

 
Responsibilities:
 • Create and organize job packets for production employees  
 • Ensure prints, part numbers, work orders, and production documentation are accurate and complete  
 • Perform data entry and maintain documentation using Excel and internal systems   
• Update and revise documents as needed based on production changes  
 • Communicate with production employees regarding documentation needs   
• Assist with maintaining organized quality records   
• Coordinate calibration scheduling for tools/equipment (this role does not perform calibrations)  
 • Support the Quality Manager with documentation-related tasks and process organization 

Qualifications:
 • Strong Microsoft Excel experience required 
  • Prior administrative, clerical, data entry, or documentation experience preferred  
 • Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required  
 • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail   
• Comfortable working between an office setting and production floor environment  
 • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
