We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Documentation Specialist to join our team in Solon, OH. This role is perfect for candidates with quality assurance and documentation experience eager to support a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment.

You will work closely with the Quality and Production teams at a custom electronics manufacturer. Your primary tasks include preparing and maintaining customer and product/process documentation for manufacturing work orders. This position is mainly office-based with some time spent on the shop floor. Join us in ensuring high-quality standards and smooth production processes.

Hours:
Monday – Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (4 ten-hour shifts)
Possible half-days on Fridays

Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble document packets for production work orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Compile customer requirements for product and process documentation
• Document customer specifications and quality-related requirements
• Create and maintain customer quality requirement documentation
• Manage measuring equipment calibration: coordinate sending equipment for calibration and record returned equipment
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems

Minimum Qualifications:
• Quality inspection or quality documentation experience required
• Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and solid data entry skills required
• Experience working with engineering documents a plus

Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience with calibration management

Preferred Education and Experience:
• Relevant quality assurance or documentation background in electronics manufacturing
