How You’ll Contribute
In this role, you will:
Operate and monitor production equipment, maintaining steady output and performance.
Apply AS9100 Quality Systems to keep processes compliant and predictable.
Perform routine inspections, identify defects, and verify adherence to specifications.
Work closely with your team to achieve daily, weekly, and project-based targets.
Uphold a clean, orderly, and safe work area that supports efficiency.
Help onboard and mentor new team members on procedures and quality expectations.
Engage in continuous improvement activities that lift quality and operational efficiency.
What Sets You Up for Success
Experience in a manufacturing environment governed by AS9100.
Working knowledge of quality control practices and documentation.
Clear communication skills and a cooperative, team-first approach.
Exceptional attention to detail with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to learn and adopt new methods, tools, and technologies.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous.
