Quality Engineer

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Quality Engineer in the Bluffton, Indiana area.  This is a direct-hire position on 1st shift. This is a fully onsite position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee quality standards for the plant
• Lead audits for the facility
• Perform first piece inspections
• Operate CMM equipment and use other precision measuring instruments
• Perform calibrations on gages
• Read blueprints and GD&T to determine product specifications
• Perform reporting

Experience Needed:

• At least 3 years of quality engineering experience in a CNC machining environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience with CMM is preferred
• Experienced with GD&T, ISO 9001, IATF, and PPAP
• Experience measuring tight tolerances
