Bring your quality expertise to an established manufacturing operation in Ventura County, CA, where you’ll help maintain high standards across multiple precision-production processes. In this Quality Engineer role, you’ll combine hands-on inspection experience with quality leadership and continuous-improvement responsibilities.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Engineer position include:
- At least three years of Quality Engineer experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience working within a regulated or quality-driven manufacturing industry.
- Strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, dimensional tolerances, and GD&T.
- Hands-on experience with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, coordinate-measuring equipment, and other dimensional inspection tools.
- Familiarity with recognized quality-management standards and formal quality systems.
- Lead material-review activities, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and first-article inspections.
- Develop inspection plans and work instructions, monitor quality performance indicators, and support continuous-improvement initiatives.
Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year, depending on experience.
