The Quality Engineering role supports the maintenance of product quality and continuous improvement of processes to meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. The role assists the Quality Manager in planning, implementing, and supporting the day to day operation of the plant Quality Management System (QMS), with a focus on supplier quality, quality planning, and product launch readiness. This role acts as a key point of contact for LPA customers, providing quality support and coordination to address product and process issues. Working cross functionally, the Quality Engineer helps establish, implement, and maintain effective quality processes throughout the product lifecycle, supporting compliance and customer expectations in production. The role supports quality planning activities by ensuring documented and comprehensive quality processes are in place at product launch. It also coordinates and prepares Supplier and Customer PPAP reviews and submissions, following established escalation procedures for issues beyond scope or unresolved high risk quality concerns.
