Summary
Lincoln Electric is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for our Euclid, OH world headquarters. The Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for leading quality for our purchased materials for machine production, inspection processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures incoming materials meet established standards, drives root cause analysis and corrective actions, and leverages data-driven methodologies to enhance product quality, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Quality Management, or related field.
Level II: 3+ Years of relevant experience, Level III: 5+ years of relevant experience
Selected candidate's Job Level and Pay Grade will be determined based upon qualifications and experience.
Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as Statistical Quality Control, Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
Proficiency in SPC, measurement techniques, and quality assurance tools.
Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
Solid computer and data analysis skills. Minitab and Power BI experience desired
