  • Oversee material and component testing processes (fiber optics, copper cable, switches, etc.) to ensure compliance with performance standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Verify that all materials and equipment meet the required standards and specifications before use on-site.
  • Perform root cause analysis for defects, issues, or material failures and recommend corrective and preventive measures.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed quality reports, inspection records, and non-conformance documentation according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain and track all quality-related documentation, including test results, inspection logs, issue reports, and material/equipment certifications.
  • Provide regular and standardized updates to internal and external project stakeholders on quality performance and compliance issues.

Compliance and Standards:

  • Ensure that construction activities adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI, and local building codes).

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison and department leader between field teams and project leadership to ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to staff on established installation methods, quality processes, and compliance standards.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities and lead projects to improve construction processes, reduce defects, and enhance overall project quality.
