    Description

    Position Overview
    We are looking for a seasoned Quality Engineer with proven customer-facing experience in the automotive sector.
    This role is responsible for ensuring product and process quality while maintaining strong communication across internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate brings solid technical skills, hands-on manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to lead quality initiatives that strengthen continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer quality issues, ensuring prompt communication, problem resolution, and proper documentation.
    • Oversee production processes to ensure they meet quality expectations and comply with automotive industry standards.
    • Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize processes, minimize variability, and improve overall product performance.
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance documentation for audits, validation procedures, and quality system requirements.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years of quality engineering experience in the automotive industry, including direct customer interaction.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the professionalism needed to represent the company to clients.
