Position Information
Support the Quality Services Team thru all Factory Engineering Processes.
Main Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following:
- In-Line Inspection
- Tool & Gauge Asset Management
- GD&T Analysis/CMM Inspection
- Non-Conformance Processing & Containment
Key Functions:
- Collaborates with Operations, Engineering and Supply Management to ensure process compliance
- Leverage SAP, NCCA, DNCM and other Tools to process and complete work
- Support Shop Floor Staff (Handlers, inspectors) in coordination of containment & inspection activities
- Provide Daily report out documentation
- Ensure daily communication on prioritization and completed work
- Process Documentation & Control
Required Skills/Experiences:
- Can do attitude with a willingness to engage, learn and adapt to changing needs of business
- Strong manufacturing experience
- Computer Proficiency in basic office applications (MS Suite)
Advanced Skills/Experiences
- GD&T Background
- CMM Programming
- ISO Experience
- Data & Analytics Tool Creation
Hours of Input:
- 1st shift (6a.m. 3p.m.) w/ Potential Overtime Required
- Must be willing to flex and support variable shifts as needed
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $45.00-$49.00 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
