Job Description

Improve the integrity, consistency, and accessibility of quality and operational data used throughout the organization. Analyze quality-related data including nonconforming materials, scrap, rework, customer returns, and production trends to identify improvement opportunities. Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that support Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, and leadership teams. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize processes and improve data collection methods. Support quality data governance initiatives to ensure information remains accurate, actionable, and audit-ready. Develop and enhance documentation for quality processes, reporting workflows, and system usage standards. Assist with training initiatives focused on reporting systems, data integrity, and best practices. Evaluate process compliance through audits, trend analysis, and performance monitoring while recommending improvements. Generate reports that support corrective actions, compliance initiatives, audit activities, and continuous improvement programs. Drive visibility into quality performance metrics and strengthen overall quality management processes.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered. Experience within manufacturing, quality, operations, process improvement, or analytics environments. Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Advanced proficiency with Excel, databases, reporting platforms, or business intelligence tools. Excellent attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and process consistency. Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively. Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with quality systems, corrective actions, customer returns, nonconformance tracking, or audit activities is highly preferred. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, quality management systems, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
