Job Description
- Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and control systems.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse warranty claims, customer feedback, and supplier performance to drive corrective actions.
- Partner with suppliers to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, certification requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement product testing methods and quality assurance processes.
- Manage the calibration, maintenance, and performance of test and production equipment.
- Lead corrective and preventative action initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and product reliability.
- Investigate and resolve customer quality concerns.
- Support the development and improvement of manufacturing methods, processes, and equipment.
- Provide technical expertise and quality support across products and operations.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar field.
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments and quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with electrical products is highly desirable; lighting industry experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers.
