This role supports the organization's Quality Incident Program and plays an active part in driving issue resolution, compliance, and continuous improvement. The Quality Engineer works cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to investigate quality concerns, maintain controlled documentation, and ensure processes align with internal standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
Support the Quality Incident Program, including nonconformances and corrective actions
Partner with manufacturing, design engineering, and supply chain teams to identify, resolve, and prevent quality issues
Observe and evaluate production processes to confirm compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations
Assist with customer audits, documentation requests, and general compliance inquiries
Create, update, and maintain controlled quality documents such as work instructions and procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or continuous improvement roles
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements
Working knowledge of quality tools including FMEA, CAPA, and root cause analysis methodologies
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000
