This role supports the organization's Quality Incident Program and plays an active part in driving issue resolution, compliance, and continuous improvement. The Quality Engineer works cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to investigate quality concerns, maintain controlled documentation, and ensure processes align with internal standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities- Support the Quality Incident Program, including nonconformances and corrective actions
- Partner with manufacturing, design engineering, and supply chain teams to identify, resolve, and prevent quality issues
- Observe and evaluate production processes to confirm compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations
- Assist with customer audits, documentation requests, and general compliance inquiries
- Create, update, and maintain controlled quality documents such as work instructions and procedures
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or continuous improvement roles
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements
- Working knowledge of quality tools including FMEA, CAPA, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000
