Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing of naval nuclear components at our Euclid, Ohio site.

• Provide daily floor support, review and disposition non-conforming hardware, and develop inspection work instructions.
• Design part-specific gaging, review manufacturing processes, ensure material traceability, and verify process calculations.
• Conduct audits, analyze data for process improvements, troubleshoot manufacturing and inspection issues, and lead root cause analyses.
• Participate in lean and Six Sigma projects, lead investigations, and communicate quality issues to teams.
• Perform quality planning for new and existing hardware, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T, familiarity with inspection methods, and strong communication skills. Entry to senior level candidates are considered, with salary range $76,000–$119,000.
