We are looking for: A Quality Engineer at the Havre de Grace, MD site.

they relate to Supplier/ In-House defect origination as well as attributed to
Process Capability deficiencies
Technical engineering discipline in a high-volume engineered materials (adhesives) manufacturing facility
Supports the Maintenance , improvements and sustainability of our AS9100 Quality
Management System
action programs to address unfavorable trends
Participant in our internal audit program
Perform customer specification reviews: Collaboration with Technical Services Team and Account Management
Quality liaison to Customer Support , Operations, Technical Services and Sales teams
Supports Supplier Quality Engineering Functions as liaison to our Suppliers on Material specifications and support : Periodic audits of Key Suppliers
Support to Calibration and Receiving Inspection processes and teams
Actively support Safety improvement initiatives

You will bring:
Bachelor's level degree in an engineering field of discipline
Minimum 5 years' of relevant work experience in Manufacturing
3-5 years' experience with ISO 9001 and or AS9100 quality systems
Project management
Experience using six-sigma tools, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and chemical and/or mechanical testing
Preferred Qualifications:
BS Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
Six Sigma Greenbelt
Certification from ASQ
Experience in aerospace chemicals, coatings, plastics, adhesives or composites industries
Experience working in a unionized environment
College level algebra and statistics
You will get:
The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $88,000.00 to $110,000.00. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
