Job Description:
The Quality Engineer will interact with quality, manufacturing, engineering, and fleet operations to ensure that products released to service meet design specifications, functionality, customer expectations, and required documentation. The successful candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and work independently.
In this role, you will:
Manage quality issue tracking to implement Containment, drive Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action for non-conformances identified during production quality audits and vehicle release process.
Support diagnosis of NVH issues reported during Rider Quality Audit and EFR process; establish standard NVH inspection process and define required tools.
Design, champion, and execute strategic continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of production quality audit, EFR, and issue resolution.
Work cross-functionally with Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and Vehicle Development to strategically resolve systemic product and process issues.
Support the development and review of PFMEA and Control Plans to ensure compliance and robust risk mitigation strategies for all critical manufacturing processes.
Good ability to communicate technical results clearly and accurately and drive issues to successful closure.
Key Qualifications:
BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
4 to 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive, aviation, or contract manufacturing.

Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience.
Expertise in using quality management and ERP systems (SAP, MES, JIRA, etc.) for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
ASQ Certification (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt).
