We're looking for a Senior Associate, Quality Engineer to support aerospace manufacturing programs by ensuring products, processes, and systems meet the highest quality standards.
In this role, you'll work independently on moderately complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes. You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, making process adjustments, and helping the team achieve operational and quality objectives.
What You'll Do
Support quality initiatives across manufacturing and engineering operations.
Lead or contribute to moderately complex quality projects with minimal supervision.
Investigate quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
Analyze data and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Help drive continuous improvement efforts that positively impact department performance.
