Join a leading aerospace and electronics manufacturer
Lead quality engineering activities to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. Drive root cause investigations, corrective actions, and non-conformance management processes. Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, test procedures, and technical documentation. Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits. Analyze quality data and recommend improvements using structured problem-solving methodologies. Ensure quality documentation is maintained accurately and in accordance with industry standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Provide guidance on quality requirements, compliance, and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 4+ years of quality engineering experience within aerospace, defense, or a similar manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and related quality management systems. Experience leading root cause analysis and corrective action activities. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, process capability analysis, or structured problem-solving tools is preferred. Familiarity with Minitab and quality certifications are advantageous. Must be eligible to work with controlled technical data in accordance with applicable regulations.
