Lead quality engineering activities related to new product introductions and product launches
Support and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO compliance
Perform root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
Partner with suppliers to improve quality performance and resolve quality concerns
Act as a customer-facing quality representative, supporting distributor and customer quality issues
Conduct product validation activities, testing, and First Article Inspections (FAI)
Analyze KPIs and quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, suppliers, and customers
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across products and processes

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Minimum 4 years of Quality Engineering experience
Strong engineering background, preferably Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Experience with:
Quality Management Systems (QMS)
ISO standards and compliance
Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
Supplier Quality and Customer Quality
Product validation and testing
First Article Inspection (FAI)
Quality metrics and KPI analysis
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
10+ years of Quality Engineering experience
Electronics or electromechanical manufacturing background
Experience with electronic components, LED products, or related technologies
Plastic or silicone injection molding experience
New Product Introduction (NPI) experience
Reliability testing experience
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and GD&T
