Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Engineer III for a Contract with a client in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting audit readiness, managing CAPAs, and ensuring compliance through effective quality system processes and KPI tracking.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $52/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quality Engineer III Job Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and manage KPI dashboards and track regulatory metrics to support RA management reviews.

  • Lead audit readiness initiatives, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and execution of mock audits.

  • Manage CAPA processes, including investigation of non-conformances, implementation of corrective actions, and effectiveness monitoring.

  • Support management activities, including procedural updates and regulatory documentation control.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system, including audit support and process enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality systems, or compliance roles.

  • Strong experience in CAPA management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance within a QMS environment.

  • Proven ability to manage KPI metrics, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory and audit compliance.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $52.00 per hour
