This role is a key position within a high-performing quality team, responsible for driving product excellence through risk analysis, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead critical quality processes, work cross-functionally, and ensure all deliverables meet stringent customer and regulatory standards.

Description
- Drive quality improvements across manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, cost, and performance
- Lead investigations into nonconforming products, implementing containment actions and root cause corrective actions
- Own Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) metrics and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are delivered
- Review and approve compliance documentation including First Article Inspections (FAI) and End Item Data Packages (EIDP)
- Collaborate with customers on quality concerns, leading discussions and presentations where required
- Develop and implement rework procedures for nonconforming materials
- Interpret customer quality requirements within quotes and purchase orders
- Lead internal audits to ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Profile
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a quality engineering or specialised discipline
- Bachelor's degree preferred (experience can offset this), Master's degree advantageous
- Strong background in manufacturing quality, audits, and corrective action processes
- Experience with quality documentation, inspections, and compliance standards
- Proven ability to lead problem-solving initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with customers and internal teams
