You will participate in process initiatives that ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and product quality.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliabilityConduct inspections and tests to identify defects and nonconformitiesAnalyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with cross functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement solutionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and efficiencyReview of technical specificationsDevelop project inspection & test plansReview supplier proceduresPlan, schedule, facilitate pre-inspection meetingsIdentify qualified inspectors through international inspection agenciesProvide inspection coordination between client and suppliersReview inspection reportsManage supplier quality issuesParticipate in supplier qualifications & auditsINCLUDINGBrainstorm solutionsContinuous improvementCoordinate resolutionCost improvement analysisYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent5 years Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and/or Inspection experienceWE VALUEAdvanced degree in Engineering or a related fieldExperience with Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologiesExperience in Oil/Gas, Chemical, or Power Plant ProjectsAWS CWI certificationExperience with ASME Section VIII, IX, B31.3, AWS D1.1Experience with pressure vessels and heat exchangersExperience with structural steel and piping fabricationAbility to work independentlyWillingness to learn new technologiesEagerness to get involved in hands‑on workAbility to work on multiple projectsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to drive results and meet deadlinesPassion for innovation and continuous learningU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELLIn addition to a competitive salary, leading‑edge work, and developing solutions side‑by‑side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
