Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product integrity.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance quality initiatives.
• Train and mentor team members on quality assurance protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in quality management software and statistical analysis tools.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
