Quality Assurance Specialist
Our client is a well-established, family-owned manufacturer with decades of experience serving customers across the aerospace and industrial sectors. The company provides a broad range of manufacturing capabilities, including metal stamping, fabrication, tooling, assembly, and finishing, supporting both prototype and high-volume production. Perform and support product inspections and quality verification activities. Lead corrective action investigations and CAPA initiatives. Manage customer RMAs and quality-related concerns. Collaborate directly with customers to address quality issues and improvement opportunities. Prepare and submit PPAP documentation. Support quality system compliance and continuous improvement activities. Analyze quality data and identify trends. Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve nonconformances. Assist with audits and quality documentation. Support ERP-related quality processes and reporting.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Hands-on inspection experience required. PPAP experience required. CAPA experience required. Experience handling RMAs and customer quality concerns. Familiarity with ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems preferred. CMM experience, particularly MCOSMOS, is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
