What You'll Do
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our processes and products meet the highest standards and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization. In this role, you'll:

You're an experienced professional with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving quality improvements. Here's what we're looking for:
Education & Experience:
A 4-year degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience in a high-volume quality engineering capacity.
Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience in the aerospace industry (preferred).
Demonstrated leadership experience is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
Familiarity with AS9100 quality management systems and corrective action processes.
Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, industry regulations, and engineering documentation.
Competency in using RCCA tools, data analysis methods, and process improvement strategies.
Understanding of military and commercial quality assurance regulations as well as mechanical and electromechanical systems.
Other Qualifications:
This position may involve access to items subject to U.S. export-control laws. Employment is contingent upon the employee's authorization to access such items under applicable law. The company does not guarantee and is under no obligation to seek such authorization if it would be necessary.
Willingness to travel for business, approximately 10% (domestic and international).
Physical capacity to lift/move objects up to 25 pounds and operate in a moderate-noise environment.
Our Environment:
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $65,000 to $95,000 annually, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.
