Looking for a Quality Engineer who can conduct inspections on incoming materials, production, and finished productsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.Work with engineering department to develop physical testing plans for standard production and special projects.Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports, process flows, and inspection records.Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory agencies and customers.Provide training to staff on quality standards and best practices.Support product development and validation activities to ensure quality criteria are met.Experience & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.Applicable, proven experience in quality engineering or quality assurance.Extensive knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred: Experience working with 3D CAE systems such as Creo, AutoCad, and SolidEdge.Key Benefits401kPaid vacation + sick time + paid holidaysFriendly, employee-centric company cultureAmazing health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc)Client is offering a base of $90-$105KCompensation$95,000 per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
