Description

  • Support and maintain compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and reduce waste
  • Lead root cause investigations using tools like 5 Whys, FMEA, and Pareto
  • Manage customer quality issues, including complaints, returns, and corrective actions
  • Support production with quality requirements, inspection plans, and validation activities
  • Coordinate First Article Inspections (FAI) and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Assist with supplier quality performance, audits, and corrective actions
  • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvements
  • Participate in risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Profile

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in manufacturing quality or quality engineering
  • Experience with AS9100 or regulated quality systems
  • Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and quality tools (FMEA, 8D)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T, with strong analytical skills
