Job Description
- Lead and support quality initiatives throughout the manufacturing process
- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Develop, maintain, and improve quality processes and procedures
- Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and suppliers
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support inspections, testing, validation, and product/process improvements
- Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
- Help ensure products consistently meet customer and internal quality requirements

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
- Experience in a Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering environment
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action methodologies
- Experience with quality tools and problem-solving techniques
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work hands-on with cross-functional teams
- A continuous-improvement mindset and strong attention to detail
