This role partners with cross‑functional teams to ensure product quality, compliance, and risk mitigation across new and existing products. You'll lead qualification, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvements that directly impact customers and business performance.

Description
- Champion safety as the top priority across all quality activities
- Develop and execute qualification plans for new products and process changes
- Deploy APQP tools including FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and risk assessments
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions for quality issues
- Analyze quality data to reduce cost of poor quality and improve performance
- Improve and sustain corrective action systems and quality metrics
- Support new product development teams through stage‑gate quality deliverables
- Maintain quality system procedures and support internal/external audits
- Lead regulatory, compliance, and certification activities
- Support supplier quality initiatives including qualification, monitoring, and CAPA
- Deliver training on quality processes and systems
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Technical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience leading quality improvements in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles and quality tools
- Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; ASQ certifications a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office, Minitab, and collaboration platforms
