Develop and maintain CMM programs to support new product launches and existing production processes
Troubleshoot CMM software, hardware, and programming issues
Train personnel on CMM operation and measurement techniques
Conduct capability studies, MSA activities, and Gage R&R analyses
Lead control plan development and support APQP initiatives
Collaborate with customers regarding inspection strategies and measurement correlation
Design and improve inspection methods, testing plans, and quality controls
Support the implementation of new quality equipment and technologies
Create and maintain quality documentation including PPAPs, PFMEAs, control plans, process flows, and FAI packages
Analyzes process data using statistical tools and recommend corrective actions
Participate in corrective and preventive action programs and MRB activities
Conduct internal and layered process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Work closely with suppliers on quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions
Support continuous improvement projects throughout the manufacturing operation

High school diploma required; additional technical or engineering education preferred
Minimum 5 years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience with automated CMM systems and/or vision inspection equipment
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
Working knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and APQP methodologies
Experience using Minitab for statistical analysis and process improvement
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards
Experience creating and managing quality documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
ERP experience preferred, ideally within a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively within a team environment
