Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead plant quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support customer and supplier quality activities
  • Analyze quality metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards
  • Lead audits, root cause analysis, and quality performance reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry required.
  • Experience leading quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment

  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus
