Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve overall product quality
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams
- Support customer and supplier quality activities
- Analyze quality metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards
- Lead audits, root cause analysis, and quality performance reporting

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Lean, Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus
