Collaborating closely with Project Management, Sales, Engineering, Testing, and Service teams, your mission will be to transform field-derived feedback into tangible design and operational improvements, significantly enhancing our standard product offerings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise the complete warranty process, from claim assessments to root cause determinations and financial monitoring.
- Perform detailed analysis of warranty patterns to detect recurring issues.
- Spearhead both immediate and long-term solutions ensuring lasting impact.
- Conduct comprehensive failure analysis to uncover underlying causes.
- Utilize warranty and field data to lead risk assessments for contracts and projects.
- Identify potential failure risks attributed to design, materials, and usage.
- Develop tailored quality strategies and essential quality requirements for projects.
- Oversee initiatives aimed at warranty reduction and upgrade of product standards.
- Coordinate interdepartmental efforts with PMO, Engineering, Quality, and Sales teams.
- Facilitate structured problem-solving workshops.
- Manage completion and effectiveness validation of corrective actions.
- Act as a technical consultant for customers and service teams, providing on-site support as necessary.
- Design and implement tools for real-time tracking of warranty trends and project risks.
- Travel requirement: up to 40%.

**Necessary Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 3–7 years’ field-related experience, or an equivalent educational/experience mix.
- Preferred: ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, welding, and fabrication processes.
- Proven experience in failure analysis and root cause methodologies.
- Proficiency in problem-solving tools and quality methodologies like 8D, A3, CAPA, PFMEA, DFMEA, and control/inspection plans.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication capabilities.
- Mastery in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and geometrical dimensions & tolerancing (GD&T).
- Mechanical skills for component assembly/disassembly according to design schematics.
- Experience in PMO frameworks (CAPM or similar preferred).
- Familiarity with data/statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, SAS JMP, Excel macros, or Power BI.
