Following a period of investment and modernization, the organization is expanding operations, adding talent, and creating new opportunities for employees to grow alongside the business.Job DescriptionOversee welding quality throughout the manufacturing process.Perform weld inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.Verify products meet AWS and internal quality requirements.Partner closely with welders, supervisors, and production personnel to resolve quality concerns.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing floor.Ensure quality processes are consistently followed throughout production.Spend significant time in a hands-on manufacturing environment supporting daily operations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
