Job Description

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality standards, procedures, and control systems.
• Investigate warranty returns and collaborate with suppliers to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with regulatory and certification organizations to ensure compliance with industry standards and government requirements.
• Design and validate testing methods while establishing quality benchmarks for manufacturing processes and finished products.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and effectiveness of production and testing equipment.
• Lead corrective and preventive action programs to improve product quality and operational performance.
• Manage customer quality concerns and drive effective resolution strategies.
• Support manufacturing process development through process optimization, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise and product support across cross-functional teams

The Successful Applicant

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, or Design Engineering.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, testing, or quality systems within electrical products or related industries.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience working with sales teams and customer-facing quality initiatives is a plus.
