Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and other teams to identify and resolve quality-related challenges.
• Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities and findings.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Pay Range: $50 - $55
