The company is experiencing steady growth and continues to invest in quality systems, process improvements, and employee development.Job DescriptionInvestigate product and process quality issues. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities. Support customer and supplier quality initiatives. Develop and monitor quality metrics and KPIs. Participate in APQP, PPAP, and FMEA activities. Conduct internal audits and support external audits. Analyze process data and implement quality improvements.
