- Convert client requirements into actionable in-house quality mandates.
**Process Management:**
- Deliver technical support focused on high-precision processes.
- Confirm process regulations, craft work directives, and validate specifications.
- Analyze process performance and execute corrective strategies.
**Innovation & Resolution:**
- Spearhead in-depth analyses of complex issues using established investigative methods.
- Ensure resolution effectiveness and work collaboratively to heighten process quality.
**Vendor Relations:**
- Assess and oversee vendors engaged in specialized procedures.
- Participate in vendor audits and certification processes.
- Implement customer and regulatory directives through all supply chains.
**Record Keeping & Analytics:**
- Maintain detailed quality records and compliance reports.
- Facilitate First Article Inspections consistent with AS9102 standards.
- Develop informative quality insights and key performance metrics for strategic stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Engineering, Quality, or equivalent practical experience.
- Over 7 years in quality engineering within aerospace or regulated settings.
- Proficient in specific processes related to thermal and chemical applications.
- Familiar with audit protocols and advanced problem-solving frameworks.
